Return Policy
We accept returns under certain circumstances. When the product you have purchased arrives, if you find it to be broken, not working or defective, it can be returned for replacement or refund at our discretion. If you feel the product you have received is defective, please use the return request form within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue you a return authorization number, the shipping address for returns, and instructions to follow. items must be returned in the original containers, with all packaging, paperwork and other items that the product came with. The item must still be in brand new, unworn condition. Once we confirm that the item you have returned to us is the same one we shipped to you - we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund. Please choose your purchases carefully, we cannot be held responsible if you regret your purchase decision (you decide you don't like the color, you chose the wrong size etc). In the case of regrets, we may be able to accept return of the product. If we do accept your purchase for return, we will deduct a re-stocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges from your purchase price before refunding to you. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded - because we spend that money to ship the product to you initially.
